Fantasy Boat Party

Your official meeting point for Ayia Napa will be Pambos Pool in Pambos Napa Rocks Hotel. The reps will be there every day between 12-2 pm to meet you and assign wristbands for the week. If you arrive after 2 pm and there is an event on that night, you will be added to the event guest list so you don’t miss out. You will then be able to attend the welcome meeting the following day. The reps will message you the day before you arrive, confirming all the info you need too!

There isn’t any VIP areas located on the boat however you can purchase a bottle of spirit and mixer or Prosecco on board.

Beach wear of course! Kaftans, large hand fans, sunglasses and hats. Trainers might be a safer choice as it can get quite busy on the boat and we don’t want any squished toes.  Remember to pack the sunscreen though, 4 hours under the sun might not be kind to your skin!

Drinks onboard range from around €5 to €6 – we recommend trying out the vodka slushies, a crowd favourite!

Chicken wings, potato salad, roast potatoes and bread will be provided to give you that taste of Cyprus. For veggie/vegan/pescatarian options, just speak to your rep and they will sort it for you.

The ship departs from Ayia Napa harbour, a 12 minute walk from the main strip. If you’ve booked the Ayia Napa Ultimate Events Package you will meet your reps beforehand at Pambos Napa Rocks Hotel so they can scan your wristband in and walk you down to the harbour.

If you have booked the Fantasy Boat Party as part of our Ayia Napa Ultimate Events Package your holiday reps will get in touch with you to let you know what time and day your session is on.

If you have booked the Fantasy Boat Party as a single event, the time of your session will be detailed on your ticket (if there are any changes, you will hear from us to inform you of the updated timings).

One of those days? Don’t worry; just speak to a rep, and they can transfer you to a different day but be warned in peak season this can’t be guaranteed as the boats sell-out a week in advance. Be aware, though; there are no refunds if you miss the boat! Best to get there early and soak up the sights of the harbour.

The Ayia Napa boat party runs on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. A day will be assigned to you by your reps in the welcome meeting, your group won’t be split. You’ll all be on the same boat.
