Zante Ultimate Events Package

Events have not yet been announced for Summer 2027, however you get all of the events we announce in the Ultimate Events Package included.. keep your eyes on our socials!

14 days or more before travel

A deposit of £30 per person can be paid at the time of booking if you are travelling in 14 days or more. The remaining balance will then be due in line with your selected payment plan.

Less than 14 days before travel

If you are travelling in less than 14 days, the full balance must be paid at the time of booking.

You’ll get a confirmation email detailing your order and what to expect next. You’ll also get login details to the website and Party Hard App so you can view your order and make any changes if necessary.

Please ensure all additional guests have joined the booking, and your booking is showing as ‘Ready to Travel’ to avoid any delays when collecting your wristbands. This can be done either through your Account Area or by downloading the Party Hard Travel App!

You need to complete all your details/missing guests for packages and individual tickets to be assigned the event – the status will be ‘Ready to Travel’ in your Account Area when complete.

Your full schedule of events will be on the Party Hard App on the day of your arrival – any problems can be discussed with your rep when you attend the wristband collection!

The day before you arrive in Zante, your rep will text you with all the information you need including the collection point and the time to meet. This one wristband will grant you entry into all of the events in the Zante Ultimate Events Package.

If you arrive after the allocated wristband collection time, don’t worry! Please check your schedule in the Party Hard App where you will find all events that have been allocated to you.

If you have an event that day, you will be added to the guest list and can meet your reps on the door of the event to be checked in. You will then attend the wristband collection the next day.

If any of the events you are due to attend as part of the Ultimate Events Package is cancelled then alternative arrangements will be made to compensate you. Your reps will be on hand to help you out further if this occurs.

If you lose your wristband, contact any of your friendly reps immediately and they will help you out.

If you’re planning a party trip to Zante and thinking about booking events while you’re there, be prepared to pay a premium. Most individual events in resort can cost anywhere from £20 to £50 each, depending on the club or party. For example, a boat party like the Pukka Up Boat Party will usually set you back around £50, and club nights like Agenda or Switch Disco can cost up to £30 per ticket. Add up all these separate events, and you could be looking at spending £200+ just for your night outs.
