Once you’ve booked, simply log in to your online account area or the Party Hard Travel app to choose the events included in your package.

How it works

Select Your Events
You can either choose from the number one best-selling events package in Europe which is our Ultimate Events Package for all 11 of our destinations OR our Essentials Events Package which includes 3 (or 4 depending on your destination) of the top events or single event tickets.
Secure Your Events
For both of our packages you can secure your events with a £30 per person deposit and then follow your chosen payment plan or with a single ticket pay in full.
Download Our App
Our Party Hard Travel App will have all the information you need leading up and during your time away with us this includes your wristband collection meeting point, your events with dates, location and times and all other relevant information on your chosen destination.
Meet Your Reps
You will initially meet your reps at your wristband collection or if you miss the allocated time then at your event on the day of your arrival.

Malia FAQ's
Once you have made an Essentials Package booking, you will receive log in details for your Party Hard account. Once you receive these details, please log into your My Account area where you will be able to select which events you would like.
**As the boat party runs multiple days per week, your boat day will be allocated by your reps when you arrive at wristband collection. You can request any changes here, and your rep will try their best to accommodate you, but please be aware that days are assigned based on capacity and your arrival/departure date, so we cannot guarantee you will get the day you ask for.
14 days or more before travel
A deposit of £30 per person can be paid at the time of booking if you are travelling in 14 days or more. The remaining balance will then be due in line with your selected payment plan.
Less than 14 days before travel
If you are travelling in less than 14 days, the full balance must be paid at the time of booking.
You’ll get a confirmation email detailing your order and what to expect next. You’ll also get login details to the website and Party Hard App so you can view your order and make any changes if necessary.
Please ensure all additional guests have joined the booking, and your booking is showing as ‘Ready to Travel’ to avoid any delays when collecting your wristbands. This can be done either through your Account Area or by downloading the Party Hard Travel App!
You need to complete all your details/missing guests for packages and individual tickets to be assigned the event – the status will be ‘Ready to Travel’ in your Account Area when complete.

The app gives you access to important event information, updates, gallery access and other useful features during your trip.
The day before you arrive in Malia, your rep will text you with all the information you need including the wristband collection point and the time to meet. This one wristband will grant you entry into all of the events in the Malia Essentials Events Package.

With the Essentials Events Package, you are granted access to 3 must-do events listed above without having to pay any fees at the door. Make sure to show up to each event with your wristband and you will be able to enter
If any of the events you are due to attend as part of the Ultimate Events Package is cancelled then alternative arrangements will be made to compensate you. Your reps will be on hand to help you out further if this occurs.
If you lose your wristband, contact any of your friendly reps immediately and they will help you out.
